Repeat until you have completed 150 Thrusters. No rest allowed in the hang, back or front rack, overhead or bottom position. Go for as many reps as possible unbroken. If you let go of or rest the bar, start over with 50 DU, 10 PLU and another max effort set of unbroken thursters.
